Iris is an original 40 × 40 cm abstract painting inspired by the Air element — thought, ideas, inspiration, and communication.
Lavender, violet, soft pink, pale blue, turquoise, and white move across the canvas in flowing layers of acrylic ink, with touches of gold.
A flowing purple shape at the center resembles an iris petal, which inspired her name. She feels light, delicate, ethereal, and almost goddess-like.
Her name reflects both the iris flower, traditionally associated with wisdom, hope, and communication, and Iris, the goddess of Greek mythology who carries messages between heaven and earth. Together, they connect to clarity, receptivity, inspiration, and the movement of ideas.
